The boys have the weekends! Michael B. Jordan, who recently went single, was beaming as he spent the weekend at a Fourth of July celebration in Malibu, California. The actor, 35, who ended his relationship with Lori Harvey in June, appeared unfazed as he socialized with his buddies there.

Michael B. Jordan was having a fantastic time at the Red, White & Bootsy Fourth of July party at Nobu Malibu, an eyewitness tells ET. He was grinning and chatting with many male friends.

The witness reports that the Creed actor wasn’t paying attention to the women at his table despite their presence. “He was mostly hanging around with his friends and not making any advances. He gave off the impression that he was enjoying himself and the day.

Jordan was seen entering the party with friends while wearing white jeans, a pair of brown and white Nike shoes, and an undershirt that was put under a printed top that was left open.

Jordan wasn’t the only famous person from the A-list present at the event, which was organized by Revolve and The h.wood Group. Among the many famous people present were Kevin Hart, Tyga, Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey McGuire, Jamie Foxx, and Timothée Chalamet.

The actor’s second public appearance after his breakup with Harvey contrasts somewhat with his first. When Jordan was photographed looking dejected during an NBA playoff game in June, the image quickly went viral online. The actor quickly removed any references to his ex from his social media accounts.

Harvey had a jam-packed holiday weekend of her own in the meantime. During the Essence Festival of Culture in New Orleans, the 25-year-old model and cosmetics tycoon took part in a panel and ate some food. I love New Orleans food, Harvey captioned photographs of her great culinary finds on Instagram.

After dating for more than a year, Harvey and Jordan called it quits in June. At the time, a source told ET that the two were in “different stages of their lives.”

The source continued, “They’re both sad and heartbroken, but they’re trying to move on.”
